Yesterday I contacted ALS requesting to be deleted from their database (in case they had included me in their list of interpreters, which they do without people's consent, as we already know very well)
Professional interpreters will not work under slavery conditions, subsidising the criminal justice system and being forced to sit unaccredited tests well below standard

'How can ALS claim that they only employ qualified linguists, all RPSIs apparently, if this particular linguist is not even aware of this crucial interpreting technique and still gets to interpret for Crown Courts?!'
