ALS 'forced' on Gwent Magistrates'
I've just had a call from Gwent Magistrates’ Listings Office asking for a Russian interpreter for Caerphilly Magistrates Court tomorrow morning. I turned down the booking and explained our position. The officer was very understanding and stated that the new arrangements with ALS had been 'forced on them' and that they also would like to go back to the old system.
