Glad you are protesting as the system is shocking!
We have to use ALS loads and on Wednesday I was trying to get a Polish interpreter for a murder inquiry and was told there was none available until Thursday! It's a joke... the new system is so inefficient and we just have to sit around waiting for hours for an interpreter. So I am glad you are protesting as the system is shocking!
We have a complaints process going at work anyway and they log all the problems we are having as it is so bad!
