South Yorkshire Police offers to visit interpreter as Capita won't cover interpreters' travel costs

South Yorkshire police requested for a German interpreter to come in and translate a document that they do not wish to send out. Nobody accepted the job, as Capita rates are low and no "additional payments" such as the cost of a parking, train or bus fare are available for police bookings.
