What was MoJ thinking when they decided to change the system?
The NAO report revealed in point 1.6 the existence of internal reports written in 2009 concerning interpreters which played a vital role in the MoJ decision making process. Sadly, the reports were not appended to the NAO report. It took over three months to obtain these reports via the Freedom of Information route but finally we are able to read them. Enjoy.
